BALD HEAD ISLAND SPECIALIST

Kurt first came to Bald Head Island in 1999 while working in movie production on Grant Mitchell's feature film "The Pavilion". Since that time he has come to love Bald Head Island and its' many unique characteristics. Kurt began working with Bald Head Island Real Estate Sales, Inc. in 2003 as the office manager for the company. As the company grew, so did Kurt's experience and knowledge of the real estate field and real estate on Bald Head Island. By 2006 Kurt was the Broker-In-Charge of Bald Head Island Real Estate Sales and was actively working as a real estate broker for Buyers and Sellers on BHI. In 2009, Bald Head Island Real Estate Sales merged with Cape Fear Coast Real Estate to become Atlantic Realty Professionals. With this exciting merger, Kurt decided to focus solely on sales. Kurt's wife Emily Bonney used to be the Bald Head Association's ARC Administrator and now works as an Interior Designer on Bald Head Island for the home furnishings shop Room Service. Kurt and Emily have two sons, Ethan and Lucas, and a border collie, Chandler, who all love visiting Bald Head Island.
