For the past 10 years, Mike has worked exclusively on Bald Head Island, representing buyers and sellers of homes and home sites and those with interests in fractional ownership. His goal is to provide his clients with a competitive edge in meeting their real estate needs. One of the few agents who is also a full-time Island resident, Mike is an active member of the community and has served on a number of Village Committees as well as the board of the Smith Island Land Trust.
